Vakantiepark La Bonne Vie in de Bourgogne

The surroundings

"La Bonne Vie" is situated in a landscape varied by forests, grasslands and vineyards; a true pleasure for ones eyes!

The entry to the Park is a former Roman road called Agrippa, which follows the contours of the Park up hill and serves as pedestrian road. The Agrippa splits into a track along a forest with a small stream (class A with trout’s) arriving in Saint Maurice les Couches with it’s church from the 12th century. This hike lasts approx. 20 minutes.

From the Park you have a clear view on the Mont Rome (545m), the highest mountain in the surroundings. The top of the Mont Rome is a flat plateau with a fantastic outlook on the famous vineyards of the Haute Côte de Beaune. It also features an open-air theatre.

At short distance of "La Bonne Vie" lie the castle of Couches (guided tours possible), many winegrowers to taste and buy wine, the Voie Verte (cycling track throughout Burgundy) on the borders of the Canal du Centre and the villages Couches and Saint-Leger sur Dheune.
